Terms of Service
Effective from 29 April 2026.
Services
Bhargav Rajurkar & Co., Practising Company Secretaries (the firm, we, us) provides Practising Company Secretary services: company incorporation (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC), annual ROC compliance, event-based filings, strike-off, and government registrations.
Engagement
An engagement is formed when you complete the intake form and pay the all-inclusive fee. The engagement letter, generated and sent to your dashboard immediately on payment, sets out the agreed scope, fee breakdown, refund terms, and timeline. Continuing past payment is acceptance of the engagement letter.
Fees
The all-in fee shown at checkout includes our professional fee, DSC procurement, MCA filing fees, and state stamp duty. Government pass-through items are remitted to the relevant authority by us on your behalf — no second collection later. The firm is currently not registered for GST, so GST is not charged on the professional fee. Payments are processed through Razorpay.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and the documents required to complete the engagement, and to pay invoices in line with the engagement letter.
Government outcomes
We file with care and on time. Approval, rejection, and processing speed at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other authorities are outside our control. Government rejections requiring re-filing do not entitle a refund of the professional fee already earned for the original work; we will re-file as part of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising in connection with an engagement is limited to the professional fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Any claim must be notified within one year.
Refunds and cancellation
See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Pune. Courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
