Scope
We provide a single Grievance Officer for both general service complaints and matters arising under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). If a grievance concerns your personal data, please mention “DPDPA” in the subject line so we can route it correctly.

Email the Grievance Officer with your engagement ID and a description of the matter.
Response timeline
We acknowledge within 24 working hours and respond within 30 days. For DPDPA matters, if you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
