How to file

Email the Grievance Officer with your engagement ID and a description of the matter.

Response timeline

We acknowledge within 24 working hours. Grievances about your personal data, meaning anything under Section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, are answered within seven working days. Every other grievance is answered within 30 days.
