Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective from 29 April 2026.
Refund window — before substantive work begins
For incorporation engagements (LLP, Pvt Ltd, OPC), the cutoff is the moment the entity name reservation is filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Cancellation before this point: full refund of the professional fee. For other services, the cutoff is stated in the engagement letter for that service.
After substantive work has begun
Once the cutoff above has passed, the professional fee is non-refundable, as substantive work has commenced and cannot be reversed.
Government and vendor pass-through fees
Government fees (MCA filing fees, stamp duty), Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) charges, and other vendor pass-through items are non-refundable once paid out by us to the relevant authority or vendor — typically within hours of your payment to us.
Refund processing
Where a refund is due, it is processed within 5 to 7 working days through Razorpay, to the original payment instrument used at checkout. The Razorpay payment-gateway fee already deducted at collection is not refundable as it is a third-party charge.
