USB signing tokens
We procure one USB token per director by default. One quick question helps us trim that number if any director already has one.
Does any director already own a USB signing token from a previous government filing?
A small USB stick (Class 3) from an earlier company, LLP, or tax filing. Still valid for 90+ days.

Why we ask this
The Registrar of Companies reads two things on a Section 8 application: the objects clause in your MoA (the legal description of exactly what your non-profit will do) and the declaration that the company is genuinely non-profit. The objects clause grows from the purpose you pick here — we'll expand it carefully on the dashboard before filing. Each director who signs a filing also needs a Class 3 USB Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), the small USB stick with a chip that legally counts as their signature.
