Eligibility
Are all directors Indian residents?
Why we ask this
A Private Limited Company needs at least 2 directors and can have up to 15. Each director who signs filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) needs a Digital Signature Certificate — a small USB stick with a chip that legally counts as that director's signature. For incorporation and ongoing annual filings, two director signatures are required: one for SPICe+ (the incorporation form) and a second for AOC-4 and MGT-7 (the annual filings).
