iv.
Contribution

Total partner contribution

₹

From your LLP Agreement, the total the partners have put in. The Ministry's fee for each of the two forms steps up with it: ₹50 below ₹1 lakh, then ₹100, ₹150 and ₹200.

Ministry filing fees (in your total):
Form 11, Annual Return
₹50
Form 8, Account & Solvency
₹50

Both paid on your behalf. Nothing collected later.

v.
Accounts

Audited accounts status

LLPs need a statutory audit only above ₹40 lakh turnover or ₹25 lakh contribution. Below that, Form 8 is filed without a CA's audit.

We file Form 8 from figures your accountant has finalised. Preparing the accounts, and the audit itself where one is needed, stay with your CA.

Why we ask this
Every LLP files two MCA forms each year: Form 11 (Annual Return) by 30 May and Form 8 (Statement of Account & Solvency) by 30 October. Late fees are punitive and escalate by month, broadly 1× the normal fee for up to 15 days, then 4×, 10×, 15×, 25×, and 50× beyond 365 days, so filing on time is much cheaper than fixing the delay. The financial year and whether the accounts are audited drive which version of Form 8 is filed.
