Are all partners Indian residents?
Why we ask this
An LLP needs at least 2 partners, and at least 2 of them must be designated partners, the partners who sign the LLP's filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Designated partners need a Class 3 USB Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Ordinary partners do not.
