Why we ask this

MCA fast-track strike-off on Form STK-2 is open only to companies that have had no business activity for the last two financial years, no outstanding liabilities, and no pending litigation. The filing carries an affidavit from each director, an indemnity bond, and consent from creditors where any exist. MCA typically takes 90 to 120 days from filing to publish the strike-off notice. Companies with debts or active disputes have to take the voluntary winding-up route through NCLT instead — a different process, not covered here.
