Why we ask this

MCA fast-track strike-off on Form STK-2 is open to One Person Companies that have had no business activity for the last two financial years and carry no outstanding liabilities. The filing carries an affidavit from the sole member, the nominee's consent, and an indemnity bond. MCA typically takes 90 to 120 days to publish the strike-off notice. OPCs with debts or active litigation cannot use this route — voluntary winding-up through NCLT applies instead.
